This class gives movement nerds and health practitioners a vivid sense of embryonic development, with the hope of inspiring new approaches and a deeper practical knowledge of the moving body. We will visualize, palpate, and embody the paths our embryos took to become us.

This class gives mindful movers an experiential, evidence-informed sense of embryonic development, and inspires new approaches to movement sequencing, rehabilitation, and expression.Movements like:

DENSATION • DILATION • CONTUSIONMIGRATION • CORROSION • RETENTION

Will be explored with specific examples from embryogenesis.
