about the instructor

(WA LICENSE #MA00021821)

I’ve taught anatomy, research literacy, and clinical approaches to manual therapy for the last 13 years.  In more recent years I’ve also developed numerous courses in embodiment practice.

I enjoy working with integrative groups of students: manual therapists, movement practitioners, and various species of somatic bodynerd.

I maintain a private massage therapy practice and I serve as a clinical director for a busy medical massage clinic in Seattle.  When not teaching or practicing bodywork, I’m a composer/musician.
