This class gives mindful movers an experiential, evidence-informed sense of embryonic development, and inspires new approaches to movement sequencing, rehabilitation, and expression.Movements like:

DENSATION • DILATION • CONTUSIONMIGRATION • CORROSION • RETENTION

Will be explored with specific examples from embryogenesis.

Before you had bones, joints, muscles, and organs, you were a water balloon — a quivering bubble with a central midline and segmental folds, acrobatically becoming a human body.
